The crowd dispersed quickly, and now only Melville and Bates family were
left in the study.
It scared Ophelia to death when hearing that Celeste had called the cops.

This statement nearly made Caden jump out of his chair, “Kendric, how

Most of Bates‘ businesses were deeply intertwined with Melville’s, making
them almost inseparable.
